Great product for multi line phone systems compatible with at&t. Directions were a bit difficult to follow but the rep from headsets.com walked me through on the phone.

I haven't had a chance to contact Headsets yet, but there is an intermittent buzzing during a conversation. The new headset was just set up 11/18.

We are really enjoying our new headsets! The sound quality is outstanding. We had a hard time trying to figure out how the behind your head holders actually went on, but we got it eventually. We liked the fact that we had 3 options for wearing the headset. I really appreciated the expert advice so that we selected the right headset for our phone system and the friendly technical support when we were setting them up!
