Avaya AWH-54 Wireless Convertible Headset

We have been looking for a wireless headset for several years that would be compatible to our AT&T 4-line phone. The Avaya AWH-54 Wireless Convertible Headset seems to work very well. The only thing is that you can't put a phone call on hold or on intercom from the headset itself, you have to go back to your desk to do that. But overall the Avaya AWH-54 Wireless Convertible Headset works great.

AWH54

We purchased several CT12 headsets to go with our Avaya Partner phones. The CT12 is excellent, but I kept catching my headset cord on my chair's arm. So I purchased the wireless AWH54 for myself. It's lightweight, cordless, and there are three different wear styles. I like the headset, but background noise is an issue. We're going to try an RF filter to see if that fixes the hissing.
