The AWH55+ is a great CS50 alternative for certain Avaya users with specific Definity model phones!

It has all the features of the CS50 (not to mention it looks almost the exact same) but has a special hookswitch function that allows for remote answering with the HL10 accessory.

The AWH55+ is perfect for the following Definity phones:

If you don’t use one of the phones above, the AWH55+ really doesn’t do anything special for you and I’d recommend going with the CS55 with HL10 instead.
