It's my favorite. But my post broke also, as apparently was the case with some other people. However, I got it together with Super Glue Gel and it's fine now. Can't think of anything that I would change, other than the post needs some type reenforcement.

My favorite but not sturdy

The headset was one of my favorites until the earpiece broke. I called for a replacement (still in warranty) and they got it to me right away. The replacement lasted a few months until the earpiece broke. I don't think it is a fluke when it happens twice. Sorry guys, fix the post and get a higher rating.
