No mute button or audio control

The product has no mute button, and no volume control. If you are hard of hearing, I suppose this phone is for you. I find the headset painfully loud, even when I turn the volume on my phone all the way down. Frustrating to have to rely on the phone's audio and mute buttons. Looks nice though.
