Executive Pro Amplifier and EP105 Melody Over the Head Monaural Headset with Quick Disconnect

Customer support has been superb! I think I got what I paid for. But it just seems like a lot of money for a headset. I know I could have bought better quality, but that would be more expensive. I bought a USB headset for $50 and a 3.5 mm headset for $30 which were about the same quality as what I jut bought. But the Packet8 6753i required an amplifier hence more money was needed. The headset has a little hum in it when the volume is turned up past 1.5. Oh, well, I guess I am just a cheap skate :-) Thanks for your excellent support and I am happy with my purchase so far.
