I've had this headset since October 2006. I am on the phone for hours at a time and sound quality for the other caller is great. It is important to change the batteries whenever the light gets a little dim on the amplifier. Recently I had a little trouble with fuzz on the line and Lawrence, in customer support at Headsets.com, was able to pinpoint the issue and order a replacement part. Overall this has been a great return on investment.
