What a relief

I used my headset yesterday for the first time. I am part of a 20 group that has periodic phone conferences that last 2 hours. The headset made it very comfortable and I was able to focus on the meeting just as though I was there in person.

I like the product enough to keep it.It will come in handy.I have 3 minor complaints:Even at 0 the volume is moderate,2 is super loud.I would prefer greater (lower) volume range.Batteries hard to install.I must push them down and simultaneously try to slip the cover on top to close compartment.No balance control.Most of the sound is in one ear and there's nothing I can do about it.
