The user prefers the double head set over the single. She is legally blind so her hearing is much more sensitive than normal.

Usually my luck tends toward "oops, I figured out after I spend $150 to get it here overnight that I need the extra $100 amplifier to make it work.".

Not this time! This arrived, packed beautifully, I might add, while I was on a call. I unpacked it, adjusted the fit, while still on the same call. After that call ended I plugged it in for a test. My phone rang while I was checking it for sound quality and fit (and to see if it even worked with my phone), I answered, and didn't take it off the rest of the day, no amplifier needed! The answer to the compatibility question with Plantronics T-10 is a resounding yes! Right out of the box.

Plugged it in to the phone this afternoon. Worked flawlessly right out of the box.
The comdial phone that I connected it to worked just fine. Didn't need an amplifier. Haven't made any calls with it yet, but there shouldn't be any issues with it.

I am grateful to value myself to splurge on this product! If I am on the phone, i have my head set on! I love that I feel balanced with sound coming in through both ears, which allows for a polite distance from my cordless phone. When in need of service I felt cared for and would have befriended the customer service men if I lived on the West Coast. What a pleasure to interact with a company that leaves me feeling happier on and once I get off the phone and has the words "integrity" ringing in both ears!!!

We love the headsets, but they tend to stop working much sooner than we feel they should. We use them most of each day, every day but for the cost, we feel they should be more durable. It's mainly high static and then stop working. We are not rough on them. However, you have been fantastic with the replacements every time. And always a quick and friendly response. That is why I continue to order from your company. Fantastic customer service, product is OK.

This is a replacement for one that fell apart. I don't like it as well as it is slightly different and does not fit my head as well as the previous model.

The only thing I've noticed is others who have a wireless headset feel that my transmission is very loud even though I have it turned down as low as it can go. Otherwise, it's great!

A possible design flaw

We have purchased several of these headsets and each of them has broken in the exact same spot at the juncture where the earphone meets the headband on the side where the voice tube is at. We've had to return each headset.
