Executive Pro Harmony Binaural Noise-Canceling Headset System from Headsets.com (EP215)

We have purchased several headsets and have had to return them due to poor quality. We were looking for Headsets for a noisy office that would allow our employees to concentrate on the caller. This headset/amp combo has worked like a charm, even better than our more expensive Plantronics headsets. The noise canceling is excellent and I would definitely buy this product again.

I expected the headset to cut out the talking of the people around me. That's what I asked for from the salesperson I talked to.

I wanted the headset to let me focus on the party I was talking to by cutting out the talking of those in the next cubicles. It didn't.
I will be returning the product.

The sound quality is excellent. My only complaint is that the headset is too tight, which is a problem I find with most headsets on the market. Someone needs to either come up with a way to make them adjustable, or offer two different sizes, as it hurts my ears & head after about 30 minutes of wearing them.

I have a severe hearing impairment in both ears. But, now using the Headsets.com Executive Pro amplifier and headset system, I can hear beautifully while on the phone. However, in my exuberance with ordering this unit, I failed to notice that an AC/DC Adapter is not included with the set. But, I can guarantee without any reservation that this is not the fault of Headsets.com. The Executive Pro works as advertised and the materials and information sent with the unit are easy to follow. I was up and hearing on the telephone within 5 minutes. The delivery was exceptional and arrived within the two-day schedule as advertised. It is very refreshing to work with a company that delivers on its promises. Thank You.
