Great product except for the ear piece, should you pick the "over-the-ear" style. It became uncomfortable and felt like it was slipping. The cord would also snag on the armrest. I only used it for a few days before I upgraded to a wireless headset. I never noticed how much I turned my head and body in my seat even though I stayed stationary.

Although I received a call before my order shipped saying that you weren't sure that it would be compatible with my model phone, the headset worked fine when it arrived. Takes a bit of getting used to because have to remove normal phone handheld piece when phone rings. Overall I am happy with the headset, will help with neck troubles. All of the representatives were extremely courteous and helpful.

I find the over-the-ear piece to be very uncomfortable, otherwise I'm very pleased with the set.
Maybe in the future, the over-the-ear piece can be made of softer and more pliable material.
