Binaural Telephone is Great!
I suffer from slight loss of hearing, especially at high frequencies. Using the telephone in a noisy environment is difficult. The binaural telephone gives me the flexibility to plug into any telephone anywhere, listening with both ears instead of one, and the added benefit of a volume control. The sound quality has more bass than I like, and I wish the earphones would block out more ambient noise from the room around me, but its other features help me cope with that problem. I'd definitely recommend this phone to family and friends.

Chattaway headsets - good, but breakdown too often
The sound quality of the headset is great, but they don't seem to be very durable. After some use the most frequent issue is that the person being called is unable to hear the telemarketer.

Executive Pro Chataway headset and base
I love the clarity of this phone and headset. It is crystal clear and the volume control allows you to adjust if your caller is talking too loud. The binaural headset takes getting used to, but this does make sound quality better, in my opinion. The value of this set is so worth it, I have tried many more expensive products and none compare to this. A very nice unit, not only for the money but also sound quality.

Great Product!
The Chattaway works great in my home office. The telephone & headset combination saves valuable space on an already crowded desk. Calls are clear and the headset is comfortable to wear for hours.

EP/Chattaway Base & Headset
I find the volume difficult to adjust and the static when using the product high. If the volume is turned down the static reduces. Recommend improved headset with no head band still using wired connection to base
