My first comfortable headset- love it! This headset is one of the best decisions I made when I set up my home office. It is so comfortable and I wear it for hours without a problem. It sits in a little corner of my desk, completely out of the way of my computer and mouse, but close enough for dialing again. Did I mention how much I love my headset? Thank you, Headsets.com! Great sound quality but headset didn't I have had some issues with durability with regards to the headset...The headset could be made to last longer. I have to order another headset, which I shouldn't have to do in just a little under 1 year's time; not to mention, I was using the headset only 3-4days/week. Otherwise, before the headset went out the sound quality was excellent and no problems at all. I would recommend this unit to friends if only the headset was made to last; but then again for the price it was a great deal and did exceed my expectations for sound quality! Executive Pro Chattaway Base Unit with Keypad and Binaural Headset This unit sounds good, it's inexpensive and does the job very well if you don't spend continuous hours on the phone. The headset could use an additional mute button (the base unit has one) and the foam ear pads are not very comfortable (too thin). Also, don't expect any extra features, such as an LCD display to help you confirm the number you are dialing. Binaural Telephone is Great! I suffer from slight loss of hearing, especially at high frequencies. Using the telephone in a noisy environment is difficult. The binaural telephone gives me the flexibility to plug into any telephone anywhere, listening with both ears instead of one, and the added benefit of a volume control. The sound quality has more bass than I like, and I wish the earphones would block out more ambient noise from the room around me, but its other features help me cope with that problem. Executive Pro Chataway headset and base I love the clarity of this phone and headset. It is crystal clear and the volume control allows you to adjust if your caller is talking too loud. The binaural headset takes getting used to, but this does make sound quality better, in my opinion. The value of this set is so worth it, I have tried many more expensive products and none compare to this. A very nice unit, not only for the money but also sound quality.
