I've been using the Overture Executive Pro every day (1 hour minimum)since purchasing it in February 2012. It's been flawless--no problems of any kind.

Specific comments:
-- I find it comfortable
-- The fidelity is 100% OK
-- It plugs into my phone solidly

Because all my calls are made indoors, I did not purchase the noise cancelling model, just the standard one. Again, it is working just fine. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I had reception problems on the first two headsets sent to me.Your customer service associates could not have been more helpful in resolving the problem and arranging to return the headsets and provide me with a replacement. They are the best I have ever encountered with any company I have dealt with.

Will Definitely Buy Again

I've had this headset for about a year and would definitely buy again when I need to replace. Good sound and love the flexible boom. Headband could be a bit sturdier but for under $50 it's a great buy!

The headset is light, but that also makes it flimsy. It is not practical to move around with it because the weight of the cord, even with the clip, pulls it out of position. The earpiece sound is o.k., not fantastic. I am using it with a cell phone and the mic sound appears to be o.k., but not clear as a bell.

I love this headset! The sound quality on both the earpiece and microphone are excellent. Previously, I bought and returned 2 different headsets to stores due to poor sound quality. One minor thing, I'd prefer a sturdier and tighter fitting headband, but the shirt clip does a good job keeping the headset in place. I'm ordering another set for a friend.

I've had no success with in-ear type units. I can hear very well with this unit and have had no complaints about being heard.
The cable is a little long for car use but that's better than it being too short.

Although both your website and online chat person said the headset was lightweight and comfortable, it is not. The headset itself is lightweight but the connecting cord is so heavy that it pulls the headset -it is also too long and gets caught if you move around. I was also very disappointed in the sound quality - I've had better sound from a cheap Panasonic headset.
