Although both your website and online chat person said the headset was lightweight and comfortable, it is not. The headset itself is lightweight but the connecting cord is so heavy that it pulls the headset -it is also too long and gets caught if you move around. I was also very disappointed in the sound quality - I've had better sound from a cheap Panasonic headset.

I've had no success with in-ear type units. I can hear very well with this unit and have had no complaints about being heard.
The cable is a little long for car use but that's better than it being too short.
