Overall, love the product. I've been using the one I purchased 2 years ago and never had any problem. That's why I ordered 10 more. Of those 10 I do have one headset that is bad. No sound comes through it. And yes I did troubleshoot checking volume settings and mute buttons and plug-ins. How do I request an exchange?
