GN Netcom 405 Flex SF Profile SureFit

Our Call Center staff have been using GN headsets with a GN 8000 amp for over 3 years now and they are a great value. We have the standard GN405UNC/ GN405flex and GN2120/NC with a GN 8000 base and indicator lights.

This was given to me as a Christmas gift. I really like it and it works much better than the one I had previously. The only problem I have is the control setting on the side of the amplifier has slipped way inside of the unit and I had to use a screw driver to adjust. Not sure if this is how it should work. It appears that the slide button should be on the outside of the box, according to the instruction booklet. Thank you for a great product, it makes my job easier.
