This is a great, flexible wireless headset that converts easily from an over-the-head style to on-the-ear. You can get really great range with this unit, especially in unusual work scenarios (e.g. outside, a warehouse with metal walls, etc). The one drawback is that the outgoing volume control is pretty difficult to use, and the controls in general aren’t that intuitive. The mute function is also kind of awkward on this headset. I also think that most people would rather use the Flex-Boom version with the noise-canceling microphone – it really makes a big difference in your sound quality during a call. Aside from that, it works really well. The RHL1000 is also a great accessory to use with your 9120 for answering calls remotely.
I am so glad I went with a wireless headset. The only complaint is that I can't mute it.
