While the sound quality is excellent, the headset itself is not that durable. The mouthpiece plastic has broken along the seam and now despite a full charge, the headset button that controls hanging up the phone isn't working consistently. When pressed, I receive a enormously loud crackle-burst sound and the phone does not hang up. If I wait about 30 seconds and try again. The button will work.

I use my headset everyday. I can walk around and do other things while talking on the phone. I love the clarity! I love the look! I love this headset! What can I say! It might be on the expensive side, but well worth it! You get what you pay for and I wouldn't trade in this headset for anything else! Yes, I am excited about my headset! Compared to Plantronics products, this comes in first by a very long mile! Plantronics can't hold a candle to the GN 9350. I have tried them and know from experience. The GN 9350 is definitely the way to go!

I've just received this unit and am testing to see if the range is better than my current Plantronics CS70. So far, this unit's range is just what I needed. I'm able to travel throughout my building without a problem. Unfortunately, GN (Jabra) 9350 could do much better on the comfort of their over-the-ear piece, which is extremely uncomfortable. There's no protective padding for the ear and just a flimsy plastic piece that barely cradles the ear. Sound quality is okay - a bit tinny and not as clear or as good as the Plantronics CS70.
