I use this headset all day every day at work.
It is wonderful to be able to answer your phone even if you are not at your desk!
Great product! I would recommend to everyone who is on the phone for extended periods of time.
Do you get headaches or really bad neck pains after talking on the phone between your ear and shoulder - get a headset and this will help tremendously!
I personally cannot use the over the ear piece - it pinches my ear too much. This would be the only improvement I would recommend.
