I have been using this since 2001 and still using its been great my headset just went out and ordered new one but still have the same lifter

The Handset lifter is just what I needed to go with my head set. I love it. My office is above the restuarant that I work at and its great when I have to go down stairs. I can still answer the phone. Also when they call on the intercom and I'm away from my desk I do not have to run back to my desk to answer the intercom. Thank You very much Betty Tiedemann

Good product but problems attaching lifter

The product is great but the lifter seems to be designed to mount to phones that are relatively flat at the handset. The phone I attached the lifter to was recessed a little and I had to use some tape material here at work to try to make it stay and it's still not totally correct.
