I find this product easy to use and it works very well with my iPhone. I am very pleased! Only one concern and that is that it seems a bit flimsy, however, I am comforted by the quality of customer service and the warranty. Thanks Headsets.com. You guys are the best.

Wore out pretty fast

I've had this for about 6 months and with a fair amount of abuse (phone falling and yanking on this) it started to short out. I use it with the EP200 Harmony headset.
To it's credit, I was pretty hard on it (my cordless phone has fallen off my belt quite a few times as I walk around with it on all the time) and it didn't ever "die completely", but I got a lot of crackling, noise, & echoing through it. I recently replaced it & the headset is still in great shape.
So, if it's designed to save the headset it did it's job.
