The Wireless Y-Adapter from Headsets.com allows you to plug two wireless or corded headset systems into a single phone. Simply plug a connector cord into the top end, then each of your bases into the bottom end, and you're set! You and your coworker will both be able to talk at the same time, or you can push the mute button to prevent sound from one, or both of the headsets.
