This is the second one I have purchased. The first one was for monitoring my CSR calls and training purposes. Excellent tool for you and your employees to train off of live phone calls. I just bought one for my Marketing Manager to record and train his sales reps! So easy to use and to log calls by employee on my PC.

The recorder logger was purchased to record marketing calls so I could improve my phone presentations. However, it did not pick up the incoming voice no matter how I tried to change the connections. Anyone have and solve this problem? The software, saving and filing calls, was very cool, unfortunately, it wouldn't work for me or on my equipment, Dell w/Vista professional and Cisco IP Phone 7940 Series (handset, speaker and headset options). ID Works pretty well

It took about 5 minutes for all the software to install, but it worked really good after that. It also captures screen shots and you can email the calls.
