The recorder logger was purchased to record marketing calls so I could improve my phone presentations. However, it did not pick up the incoming voice no matter how I tried to change the connections. Anyone have and solve this problem? The software, saving and filing calls, was very cool, unfortunately, it wouldn't work for me or on my equipment, Dell w/Vista professional and Cisco IP Phone 7940 Series (handset, speaker and headset options).
