The Plantronics Audio 365 Analog Stereo Headset has declined in quality from earlier versions. The wires near the jacks are still weak, as in the past, which is the most vulnerable part of the headset. After about 1 year, they have broken in all three of the prior versions of this headset. The inline volume control is noisy/crackling when rolled and takes some fidgeting to make the volume equal on the right and left sides. On the plus side, the sound from the 40 mm speakers is rich and the headsets are very comfortable.
