pretty good bang for the buck

pros: low price, good sound quality for price
cons: volume dial a bit loose; a little too easy to change volume unintentionally.
more details: headset has a tighter "grip" than average. It won't fall off by accident but your ears may feel a bit squashed after a while.

Got this set to use mainly for skype on my laptop and wanted something inexpensive. The sound quality on this headset is so far above what I expected, I was shocked. I decided to plug the set into my tv/monitor and try it with cable. Unreal! At $25, I'm getting a couple more.

I support software clients via GoToMeeting on a very regular basis, and "meet" weekly with Help Desk staff all over the country. I told Glenn I wanted to switch to VoIP, and he recommended the Plantronics Audio 326 on the basis of performance and comfort. Don't let the Headsets.com price fool you - this headset is a fine piece of equipment. What you hear is extremely clear, and I've received nothing but compliments from clients and colleagues. This is hardly a "gee-whiz" review; I've owned 5,000 pounds of audio equipment and have an Advanced Class Amateur Radio Operator's license. I do not impress easily.
