I like the Plantronics 650 overall - it was very easy to set-up and configure on my desktop Mac system. The biggest difficulty I had was opening the package up - I had to go at it with an industrial strength set of scissors.
As for the headphone unit itself, audio is crystal clear and communicating with it has been a breeze. My one complaint is that the headphone ear pieces are a little small for my ears - making the fit somewhat less than perfectly comfortable. I wish there was a way I could get a larger ear piece or check out other alternatives.
After I ordered my Plantronics headset, I noticed that a competitor was carrying the unit for a cheaper price. A courteous rep called me shortly after I sent an email requesting a price-match - and she not only matched the price - she beat it! Plus, I received my headset a full 5 days before it was originally slated to arrive, thanks to a free shipping upgrade from the company. I'll definitely buy from Headsets.com again. The service was excellent!
