Behind the neck access Plantronics Behind-the-Neck Conversion Kit for CS50 & CS55sory
The design of the accessory is not for a bigger person. The wrap around design should be offered in two different sizes. The one you have and another size for the larger person. The design at the back of the loop is almost form fitting with the neck and where it starts to taper there is pressure. Wearing for any amount of time is impossible.

Although the product is very comfortable behind the neck, it has no cushion around the ear piece which results in it being quite painful around the ear--- thus it is not worth purchasing or using.
