The Plantronics CS351N Noise-canceling SupraPlus Wireless Headset has helped me to stress less while at work.
Why? Several reasons really:
1) There is no cord to get in my way. The cord of my phone used to really mess up my paperwork, or get hung up underneath paperwork while I was trying to talk on the phone with someone. Now, no cord, and I can shuffle paperwork with ease.
2) I can get up out of my chair while talking and do other tasks such as filing or making photocopies, or even make lunch ;-)
3) I have so much more mobility not being tied down to a corded phone. I can move within my desk area with ease to access items needed while on the phone, with no crick in my neck.

I would highly recommend that you purchase a headset. I purchased the Plantronics CS351N. It is a wireless headset that has everything a busy person needs. I would also suggest that while you are ordering your headset that you include the HL10 Handset Lifter. These two products have increase my efficiency in great measure. The only problem I have is that I waited so long to purchase a headset!

Our Call Center staff really like this headset for it's lightweight and wireless design. The biggest praise I hear is how clear and noise free it is. Previous to purchasing these wireless headsets, employees complained about going home with a headache at the end of their shift. Now they don't!
