The CS361N has all the features of our flagship model, the CS55 (10-hour talk time, range to roam around the whole office, extremely good sound quality / security / volume adjustments), but comes in only one wearing style – binaural!
The CS361N is definitely for those that prefer over-the-head headsets (and aren’t worried about messing up their ‘do).
Having both ears covered really helps drown out the noise of colleagues around you.
It’s a bit heavier than the CS55, and isn’t convertible, so the CS361N is a more heavy-duty solution that will take anyone through a busy workday and then some!

I like that you can hear in both ears, the mobility in the office and with the lifter the ability to receive and end calls away form my disk. It’s exactly what I have been looking for.
I don’t have any dislikes, but it could use an improvement. If the headset was equipped with an external speaker to notify you of an incoming call, instead of the internal one.

I have been using (and Abusing I might add)! this product for about 2 or 3 years now. I am in a high level sales capacity and have used various "retail" headsets before and gotten complaints from clients as well as suppliers and co-workers. When I switched to this system (Plantronics CS361N wireless Headset)the improvement was dramatic.
I very recently broke mine and called in a panic to get a new one and the process was quick, easy, and quite painless. The CSR looked up my record,checked to be sure it was in stock and had it in a FEDEX package and out the door that day ! When I called the next day to get help pairing it with my base the next person was exceptional as well. They were both so knowledgeable and helpful it was actually rewarding to do business with them.
