I bought the Plantronics CS55 Micro. I had another model prior to this one, but it was too bulky.(Returning it was not an issue at all, smooth transaction) The Micro is much better. It's not as heavy on my ear. I can hear great on it & everyone that I talk to says they can hear me just fine. The only thing I wish it had was a flag for me to put up to let people know when I am on the phone, as the headset is hidden by my hair.
Instructions for the Micro are very easy to understand and Headsets.com has excellent Customer service to help in adjusting all of the features for the headset. Headsets.com has an online chat Customer service option that I found very helpful in researching the headset that I needed and to make my return. I would definitely use & recommend Headsets.com again.

I work in a call center and use a headset 9-10 hours a day, 6 days a week. What's important to me in a headset is: all day comfort, lightweight, and reliability. The CS55 Micro is #1 in all those categories. It’s been a pleasure to use and is very affordable. The freedom in the office it gives me is the greatest. The support from the Customer Service Experts at Hedasets.com is the best and is what keeps us coming back time after time.

We bought the CS55 Micro thinking that we'd get different wearing styles than the CS55 had, but were disappointed to find they were the same. From the CS55 Micro product pictures, we thought that the earloop was going to be like the Bluetooth earloops, that we find very comfortable. Most of us cannot wear the CS55 Micro earloop longer than a couple of hours before it becomes too uncomfortable to wear. I'm surprised that Plantronics hasn't improved this feature.

I have had my Plantronics Micro CS55 unit for almost a week. It allows me to carry on business away from my desk while allowing personal telephone service. It has great range and I am very impressed. It was very easy to install and the longest part was waiting for the headset to charge!!
