Great product, but one thing does not exceed my expectations, and that is the wireless range. I was hoping to be able to use it further from the base, and it simply cannot reach further than my portable phone.

Love the system. To not be tripping over cords anymore is brilliant. But when I assembled the headset into the headband the very first time, I heard a little "snap" and saw that the thin headband had cracked within the headset housing. I can't remove the headset now to try an ear loop without completely cracking the headband. So I'm sort of stuck. Defective? Not durable enough?

So Far Pleased, Though The Headband Broke...
So far I'm very pleased with it. It's great, as a computer programmer/gamer, to be able to answer a phone call without stepping away from the keyboard or putting down the controller.
I will say that the very first day I was testing the wearing configurations (headband and ear loops) and broke part of the headband that holds the headset interface to the headband (when trying to remove the headset from the headband). It still works fine, but it was disappointing to discover how fragile the headband is. I would have appreciated detailed instructions in the documentation for removing the headset from the headband and ear loops.
Better documentation for getting the ear padding onto the headband and ear loops would be useful as well. I think I have it on the headband alright, which I've found to be much more comfortable than the ear loops, but I can't even see how the padding would go on the ear loops...
I find the ear loops to be completely uncomfortable. I have a bluetooth headset for my cell phone and find it incredibly annoying to have it dangling from my ear, ready to fall off from the slightest movement of my head. I find that I get a similar feeling from the ear loops that came with the CS55H. I'd prefer something padded that actually latched onto the ear securely so that it doesn't move around at all.
If there are better headband/ear loops available I might be interested in getting them.
Overall, I'm more than satisfied so far.

This headset works pretty much as advertised, and if you have a cordless phone is about the only game in town. I have it connected to a Vonage modem, and the included splitter required some modification (simply breaking off the securing clip) in order to plug in securely and clear the edges of the modem. A longer connector would solve this.
I cannot figure out how to dial on the phone without actually using the phone to make the connection. The instructions are contradictory on this. No big deal, you just need to remember to hang up the handset after activating the headset or you will be connected on both devices. Receiving calls is simply a matter of pushing the button on the headset.
Sound quality seems very good.
