Plantronics CS55H Home Wireless Convertible Headset

I received the perfect headset for my husband. I say perfect because my husband loves it. Couldn't stop thanking us for his Father's Day Gift. When not traveling he is on his office phone all day long with clients and with conference calls. He is more than satisfied with this wireless headset. Just wished we would have thought of it sooner. Thanks again for a great product and all of your help.

I received my first headset last week and couldn't get a dial tone. Your customer service rep was extremely helpful and sent another set (although I was afraid I had just hooked it up wrong!). The new set worked perfectly and I'm delighted with your products and your service.

Because the Plantronics CS55H Home Wireless Convertible Headset would not work with a cable connected phone, I was forced to return it. But on a scale of 1 to 10, my experience with Headsets.com was a 10 plus.

I like just about everything about the Plantronics CS55H Home Wireless Convertible Headset. It is so great to be wireless, and people tell me they can hear me quite well when I'm talking with them. I have two complaints: first, I hear a hissing noise in the background. The people I'm talking with don't hear it, and I have gotten more used to it, but I find it annoying at times. The other problem is that because I have to turn on the phone and the headset when I dial, I can't figure out how to do a three-way conversation using the headset. Otherwise, it's terrific.

Great product, but one thing does not exceed my expectations, and that is the wireless range. I was hoping to be able to use it further from the base, and it simply cannot reach further than my portable phone.
