Plantronics Convertible Headset with Inline Volume and Mute Control - M175C

The Plantronics headset I purchased is a very nice headset for the price and has several really nice features - inline mute and volume, over the head or in-ear configuration. However, the bitter portion of my experience came approximately 1 month after I received the product when the microphone simply stopped working (as if Mute was stuck on).

I called headsets.com and within 10 minutes they shipped a brand new one to me at no charge. The service was outstanding - friendly, fast and very accommodating.

Since I'm willing to write off my first unit as an anomaly for the time being, I would recommend this headset to others - assuming, of course, that this second one doesn't break!

The mic works ok but does not seem to cancel out noise as well as I had hoped. The ear piece, even at the highest volume setting, is difficult to hear and this headset is completely useless to me.

Love it! Great headset for the price. I use it with my cell phone and cordless phone. Great sound and quality. Love the Mute and volume control on the cord.

I like this model for the sound clarity, mute and volume features, comfort, streamlined size isn't too bulky, convertibility and of course the price is unbeatable for this type of quality.

I really like the headphones the only problem I have is with the earpiece, it is kinda heavy and hurts my ear. Also, it doesn't stay on very well, it is not comfortable. Think maybe it is too big? Other than that, they are great.

I really like my headset.
I just wish you had the same type --but with a ear bud!
