I liked the quick delivery and that the product was as described. For me it is necessary because I have no hearing in my left ear - and I'm right handed, so I must use my right hand to hold the phone to my right ear - thus leaving me in a bind if I need to write something down. I like that the headset is comfortable, and allows me to have my hands free to write info down - as well as being able to increse the volume and mute the microphone. Great product.

You can buy this headphone for a third of the price this site is offering with minimal research.
I've been using this product for over 5 years. Better and more economical than a blue tooth.
Only drawback is that it's fragile. I go through about 3 per year, but they are so cheap that replacement is not a problem.

What I do like are the two different volume mic controls (one on the cord and one where it plugs into my cordless phone jack). I can practically whisper and the person can hear me. It also doesn't have a foam thingy at the end, which for me makes it feel a little clunky. The only thing I wish is that it had a cord that didn't' tangle up so easily. That's the only reason I cant give it a 5. Otherwise, it's a great headset for your cordless phone. I'm also getting a 3.5mm adapter so I can use it on my iPhone.

I absolutely love this headset. I had trouble hearing with my previous headset even with the volume turned up. The sound quality with this headset is excellent and I actually had to turn it down! The in-line volume and mute is very convenient and the clip keeps the cord from getting tangled. I would definitely recommend this headset.

Although I've only used it for a day so far, I really like the product. The mute and volume functionality is nice. The only comment I would have is that there is a bit of static noise but not too bad. IT would also be nice to have a quick disconnect but since I'm using a cordless phone it's not a big deal.

My wife and I are life coaches, doing most of our work on the phone. We each use one of these headsets with cordless phones, with our old cell phones, and now even with my iPhone using an adapter sold here. Perfect combination of good sound, ear seal, and a good mic. And durable.

I find that I have tried it on two different phones, and I get static, when the cord connection piece moves, and when I walk around. My plan was to take this for traveling to hook up to my away office phone, so have not tried it on that one yet. Any suggestions so that I might get the clear sound that I get with my CS50, which I am happy with.

I really like the headphones the only problem I have is with the earpiece, it is kinda heavy and hurts my ear. Also, it doesn't stay on very well, it is not comfortable. Think maybe it is too big? Other than that, they are great.

The Plantronics headset I purchased is a very nice headset for the price and has several really nice features - inline mute and volume, over the head or in-ear configuration. However, the bitter portion of my experience came approximately 1 month after I received the product when the microphone simply stopped working (as if Mute was stuck on).
I called headsets.com and within 10 minutes they shipped a brand new one to me at no charge. The service was outstanding - friendly, fast and very accommodating.
Since I'm willing to write off my first unit as an anomaly for the time being, I would recommend this headset to others - assuming, of course, that this second one doesn't break!

The mic works ok but does not seem to cancel out noise as well as I had hoped. The ear piece, even at the highest volume setting, is difficult to hear and this headset is completely useless to me.
