Great for those hard to fit ears!

I have tried no less than 5 types of bluetooth devices, both "in" and "on" the ear types. I prefer the "in" ear type. But, none seem to fit me well. Either they hurt the inside of my ear or they wont lay against my face properly.
The 640 is comfortable and easily lays against my face. The only problem with the Plantronics product is that the gel ear piece deteriorates with time and gets all funky! However, spare "ear gels" can be purchased inexpensively.

Works good better than Motorola ones I've used. I only charge mine with the battery pack and it lasts a long time, several hours. Sound is good and easier to hear on than the cell phone handset.

Wow! Clarity of Plantronics Discovery 640!

A friend of mine called me from her cell phone the other day. I couldn't believe it when she said she was talking on a headset. She sounded like she was holding the phone to her ear and mouth. We talked for approximately 30 minutes and there was never a time that she did not sound loud and clear. Because of this I am getting ready to purchase one for myself. The sound quality was terrific!
