Best of the Best! The Encore is already the most popular headset in our office of 35 call stations, even though it's only been here for 2 weeks. It has great sound quality. I love the combination of quality and comfort. One of the more expensive units, but well worth it!

This is it! A real comfortable and lightweight headset with ultra-soft earpiece. I've been trying headsets for about a year trying to find one I could wear all day that wouldn't make my ear tired by the end of the day. The Encore is it. It's really comfortable! The replaceable voice tube makes for easy maintenance and long life. All in all a great buy with great sound quality.

The replacement foam pads are at least as good as the original pads that came with my headset about seven years ago.
