Pair of Plantronics Foam Ear Cushions for Encore / Supra

The replacement foam pads are at least as good as the original pads that came with my headset about seven years ago.

This noise canceling mic has problems. Many of my contacts cannot hear me unless I have the mic positioned just exactly right. I am disappointed paying more for this headset when the old glass tubes worked better. However, the sound quality is very good.

People having trouble hearing me.

I have a bad neck and this headset has been absolutely wonderful for me, however a lot of people seem to have trouble hearing me, they say I sound like I am using a speaker phone or very far away.
