H91N This noise canceling mic has problems. Many of my contacts cannot hear me unless I have the mic positioned just exactly right. I am disappointed paying more for this headset when the old glass tubes worked better. However, the sound quality is very good. Posted by: Devon Smith - Dallas, TX
People having trouble hearing me. I have a bad neck and this headset has been absolutely wonderful for me, however a lot of people seem to have trouble hearing me, they say I sound like I am using a speaker phone or very far away. Posted by: Barbara - , PA
