Plantronics has developed a lightweight premium headset that boasts VoIP ready wideband audio for clearer speech in the new generation of Plantronics’ popular Encore series headsets: the Encore Pro. The Encore Pro headset has a distinctive new slim line design and is built with premium lightweight nylon composite materials and plush leatherette ear pads taking comfort to a new level. The reinforced, lightweight headband provides strength and durability. The Encore Pro has a unique seven axes of adjustability which ensures a tailored fit. The HW301N is the binaural version, fitting over both ears. Headsets.com also offers the new Encore Pro in a monaural version, covering just one ear.

What a great product

I've had my headset for only a couple of days and what a difference. Besides not having a constant kink in my neck the sound quality is outstanding and I'll never go back to using a standard phone again!
