inspite of the rep who guaranteed this hands free would work on my older samsung cell (SGH-A707)it doesnt work !!! I even visited the AT&T facility in Palmdale and they couldnt get it to work ... how do I get a refund ???

This product is to replace the similar one that was eaten by my dog. Really.
The one draw back on this product is that I had to use this because of the investments in chargers that I had. I would think that the industry would come up with a standard for charger connections. William Reifsteck
