Plantronics Explorer 340 vs Moto H500

Motorola was a big disappointment: poor sound (flat speaker), buttons totally flat (can't use by feel!), ear hook does not rotate for fit, must be removed and replaced to change ears. Plantronics has almost identical specs, but gets all these items working correctly. Simple model, that simply works!
