Can't seem to tighten it up around the ear. and when walking, the mouthpiece is floppy. When adjusting it, it easily pops off the headpiece.

Earloop is too big for my ear. I'm still using it but I can't get the microphone part to stop flopping around now. I've tried adjusting it to no avail. Good thing is that I'm hands free again! YEH!
