Love the Product - the only problem we have is when we transfer a call from the outside it goes "live" to the desk and will not allow the ability for the clinical person to let it drop to voice mail to retrieve later. We have to have the person call back straight to the clinical extension. If you have a way around this we would appreciate the input.
