Because I couldn't find any model number on my Plantronics headset I ordered the wrong replacement ear pad via the website. I called customer service and the rep spent 10 minutes identifying the proper replacement and shipped it to me at no additional charge.This kind of service is hard to find. THANK YOU

I love that this image shows exactly what comes with the cushion. I was a little confused when I found just the cushion by itself (which is a different part). I was relieved when I found this part which includes the ring that I need to attach the cushion to my old CT12 headset. It's nice to know what to expect.
