The Mirage Noise-Canceling headset is one of the most popular, I guess, but not comfortable enough for me. I sent mine back in and got a TriStar, which is just amazing. The Mirage has a great mic (which is a definite plus) with excellent sound quality but it's lacking in earpiece design. Moderate phone users might not have a problem with the hard plastic design but any more than 2-3 hrs a day and I would say NO WAY; get a TriStar - now that's comfort!

I really like the Mirage headset from Plantronics. The clip behind the ear is really smooth and comfortable and because the speaker rests so lightly on the outside of the ear rather than actually in it, it's comfortable all day. The sound quality is good, compared to other headsets that I've tried - but Plantronics units all seem about the same anyway.
When you've got to wear something on your head all day - you'd better make sure it's comfortable! The Mirage works great for me.
