I use an over the head Plantronics model on 12 hour shifts and wanted more comfort. The H41N is OK but working in a noisy environment it can be a little hard to understand at times. Our work place is quite loud at times and the full ear coverage of the over the head model is possibly more appropriate.

Great Sound, Kind of Clunky

Moved from a bud set to this on the ear set. The noise reduction is awesome as well as the sound (paired w/Vista M22). After a couple of weeks still getting used to the fit. Kind of clunky and takes a couple of seconds to get on that ear. A good buy nonetheless for us.
