Excellent Buy

Works great! Amazing quality for the price and is the only professional headset on the market with in-line volume control for the mic and speaker with a mute button.

Did Not Like It!

I really do not like the headset. I really like the M110 that you used to carry. For my line of work it was great. I need a headset that will not slide off my head off easily. The M214 is too flimsy and falls off easily and is now unreliable. I am sorry to say I am very dissatisfied with this M214 that's supposed to be comparable to the M110.

Great Service

So far the product has been great. Originally I ordered a headset which did not work to my satisfaction. I thought it was going to be difficult to exchange the 1st one and get a new one. To my surprise it took a less than 5 minute phone call to have a new one shipped to me along with a shipping label to return the old one. It was very easy, thank you!

I find this to be comfortable head set and good sound quality. No static is apparent & I do not have to raise my voice for people to hear me. I appreciate the quick delivery I received also

Plantronics (M214C) Is Very Good

I have tried MANY over the head cordless headsets. Expensive or otherwise they just weren't that good. This one is.

I like the headset very much however I am 85 years young and my hearing isn't so good, so I still need to use the amplifier I bought earlier.

Plantronics Over-the-Head Cordless Phone Headset with In-line Volume Control (M214C)

I bought the Plantronics Over-the-Head Cordless Phone Headset with In-line Volume Control (M214C) and the Overture Noise-canceling headset but prefer the Overture due to it's longer boom-mic.

I tested both with friends and was told they couldn't tell a difference in voice quality - both worked extremely well.

I've been using the M214 more for my cell phone while at home.

My wife laughs at me because I'll sometimes have both on my head when I get really busy (multi-tasking). What is this world coming to?

Title describes exactly what I purchased

I LOVE my new headset. Our IT manager typically buys a headset from Fry's Electronics and invariably it is a piece of garbage. This headset has great sound quality and the ability to mute is very important to me. It's comfortable and not at all a cheap product. My IT manager will be placing an order for more with the $10 voucher I received. I was very impressed with the Customer service suggestion of what to buy all the way through to the follow up email I just got. Every person I contacted in your organization was helpful, professional and prompt. THANK YOU!
