Plantronics Polaris SupraPlus Noise-Canceling Headset (P251N)

Was using the Polaris Tri-Star and having a lot of trouble being heard and also keeping the headset on. The SupraPlus has great sound quality and stays on.

Product is good, I like the connection better than the 2.5mm connector, sound quality is good, prefer to have a microphone that can be adjusted in or out to fit...sticks out too far from my face.....a personal preference. Quality of set is very good and should last a long time. Cord length is good but surprised at how heavy it is when not clipped to my shirt.

This is a great headset! Sound quality is superb and it's very comfortable to use.

The Plantonics headset is very comfortable. It does not get stuck in my hair as bad as some other headsets. It does help block out room noise with its noise-canceling microphone. The sound quality is also good.

My staff wear these 8 hours a day and find them to be comfortable and easy to use. The customers tell us that they can hear the CSRs well too.

Awesome headset! I work in a call center, so you can imagine how many hours a day I am on the phone. Clear conversations and I never miss a call. There is one thing I would change, that is the way it fits when worn over the ear. It does not feel very secure, and flops around when you move your head. I love the Plantronics SupraPlus, I will still recommend it to anyone!

I ordered the Polaris Supra Plus Noise Canceling P251N after looking over 20 other models online. I'm very picky when it comes to something like a headset. If you think about it you're going to wear it every day, especially if you're on the phone a lot like I am.

I chose noise canceling because I share a large cubicle with someone else. Now I can tell people I have my own office if I want, they don't hear anything in the background.


The headband has a very good grip, but it doesn't pinch the head. I like how they managed that. Its super light, can't weigh more than a few ounces. So it holds on but you don't even feel it cause the headband is hollow.

I've already gotten one other person in my office to get this model. If you want something simple that fits good and works well then this model is perfect for you.
