So far the headset is doing its job perfectly. I was unsure if I needed the headset or phone - I plugged it in and I can use the phone again.

The reason I have this phone & headset is because I have a spinal cord injury that affets my arms and hands most. This headset is easy for hands to work and is very comfortable.

I can't say enough good about the company. Customer Service is outstanding - could be considered near perfect from my dealings till now!

This headset is very comfortable (I use it over the head). The light at the tip tells others in the room that I'm on the phone. Sound quality is excellent.

THE CORD SHORTS OUT ON THE HEADSET AFTER ABOUT 6 TO 8 MONTHS AND HAS TO BE REPLACED.
THE CT-12 HAD A RED INDICATOR LIGHT THAT LET SOMEONE KNOW YOU WERE ON THE PHONE. THE CT-14 SHOULD AS WELL. OVERALL I THINK IT IS A GOOD WIRELESS AND HAVE PURCHASED 8 OR SO FOR MY EMPLOYEES.

The headset doesn't seem to have noise canceling feature, complaints about too much noise, too scratchy sound and screeching sound. I have returned it via USPS as of today
