T-10 Replacement Headset
The T-10 is a very rugged, reliable single line phone. We have several of the base units still in service after 5 years of continuous use. The headset unit is the common point of failure and we've found that these replacement headsets work great and allow us to extend the life of the phone units.

These headsets are exceptional at the price and allow the operator to use the over the head strap or the ear piece as they wish. Sound canceling is a must as our com centre is small and can be noisey with everyone talking

Bad taste in my mouth
Let me begin by saying that I am pleased the headset that I have purchased it has solved the problem that I was having with the previous headset. However, my previously purchased headset had problems. It is not so much the problems that leave a bad taste in my mouth. It is more so, that I purchased the headset a couple of years ago, there seemed to be a problem with it out of the box that I did not notice personally, but several people with whom I spoke commented that it was difficult to hear me. I called Plantronics a week or so after the purchase and brought this up to a customer service representtive who told me that she could hear me perfectly clear. Predicated upon this conversation, I put up with my clients simply complaining every once in a while about not being able to hear me very well. Finally a couple of weeks ago several people actaully complained to me in my own office stating that they had trouble doing their own work as I was speaking with my clients too loudly. I then called Plantronics again, spoke to a customer service rep. and was told that indeed she definitely noticed a problem and did have trouble hearing me. So, I broker down and purchased a new headset. As I have stated, it certainly fixed the problem, I simply wish that the customer service rep. of a couple of weeks ago had been the same that I talked to a couple of years ago.

the headset looked almost identical to the one I had however the quality of sound was wonderful! I have hearing loss and I cannot begin to thank you enough. The headset seems to fit tighter to head...I did not feel comfortable with the over the ear piece but that is probably because I am used to the head piece....I thought your customer service was excellent.
