Let me begin by saying that I am pleased the headset that I have purchased it has solved the problem that I was having with the previous headset. However, my previously purchased headset had problems. It is not so much the problems that leave a bad taste in my mouth. It is more so, that I purchased the headset a couple of years ago, there seemed to be a problem with it out of the box that I did not notice personally, but several people with whom I spoke commented that it was difficult to hear me. I called Plantronics a week or so after the purchase and brought this up to a customer service representtive who told me that she could hear me perfectly clear. Predicated upon this conversation, I put up with my clients simply complaining every once in a while about not being able to hear me very well. Finally a couple of weeks ago several people actaully complained to me in my own office stating that they had trouble doing their own work as I was speaking with my clients too loudly. I then called Plantronics again, spoke to a customer service rep. and was told that indeed she definitely noticed a problem and did have trouble hearing me. So, I broker down and purchased a new headset. As I have stated, it certainly fixed the problem, I simply wish that the customer service rep. of a couple of weeks ago had been the same that I talked to a couple of years ago.
